Privacy policy
This policy explains how we collect, use and disclose the personal data we receive through this website, under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562.

2. What we collect
- What you type into the contact form: name, company or agency, email, phone, topic of interest and the message you write.
- Standard web-server records such as IP address, browser type and access time, kept for system security.
- Preferences the site remembers in your own browser — chosen language and light/dark theme. These stay on your device and are not sent to us.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use your data to reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal or quotation, and deliver services under an agreed contract — relying on the consent you give in the form, on contract performance, and on legitimate interest for system security.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for marketing unrelated to your enquiry.
4. Disclosure
We may disclose your data to service providers we need to operate — such as our email and hosting providers — under confidentiality agreements, or where the law requires disclosure.
5. Retention
We keep contact-form data only as long as needed for the enquiry and any resulting business, or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Under the PDPA you have the right to:
- access your personal data and request a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- request erasure, or restriction of processing;
- object to collection, use or disclosure;
- request portability to another controller;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.

7. Cookies and third parties
This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Your language and theme preference are stored in your own browser via localStorage. The site does load web fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page is the one in force.
